Slowly but surely, I am finalising my book on "FOAK Frameworks". Last week, I completed a core chapter detailing how to plan and move from pilot to FOAK. The chapter is over 30 pages long and is structured as a "matryoshka", with an overall framework whose steps have sub-frameworks. I cover sizing the different stages of FOAK, selecting a location, building the supply chain, and reaching the objective of each stage. Here is an overview of the chapter as a short article.
